Dean's focus is helping employers increase efficiencies in their operations and labor force by recording and processing worked and leave times electronically. Automating these processes is accomplished with effective and affordable labor management program solutions and GPS tracking services. He can function as a consultant and/or vendor to business.

Since each business requirement is unique, Dean takes pride in custom-tailoring every solution to the client's goals, industry, and type of work. Each system can tie into payroll, job costing, and other reporting as required. The GPS programs can handle dispatch functions, route planning, cancellation & change to schedules, as well as, display position and route information.

The latest technology enables clients to choose from a number of time collection devices including: personal computer terminals, PDA's, clock terminals, biometric finger or hand readers, telephone call-in, internet, and more. Building, area, or room access can also be controlled through the systems. Additionally, these systems can be configured to provide management with real-time alerts to ‘out-of-policy' activities.

Dean has extensive sales, management and business ownership experience. In 1998 he acquired his first electronic time and job costing system. "Things have changed a lot since then" says Dean. "Even a four or five year old system is outdated today! Businesses get comfortable with existing procedures and don't realize the positive impact a modern system can have on efficiency and the bottom line."
